Rocket P. Scruffy is a responsible, 19-year-old Scruff with a "car", internship, and annoying siblings. He likes doughnuts, patriotism, looking epic, and large-scale snowball fights. He's the founder of the 13th Dogwood Amature Reserve Guard Troop, (which is the 126th Mookorian Amature Reserve Guard troop) a group known for long meetings where nothing gets done. This due to a combination of an overabundance of meeting rules and guidelines, and a slew of constant distractions from the members. Rocket has been known to be bossy at times, particularly when it comes to D.A.R.G., but he usually only means to keep things under control and from getting out of hand. Some say he has anxiety, others just say he's panicky, but all can agree he gets way too nervous when it comes time for workplace inspections.
